We got married here on March 3rd, 2025, and let us just say: that it was perfection from beginning to end. We are still floating from the experience—it was that unforgettable.

From the moment we arrived, every detail was executed with flawless precision. The coordinator was a total rockstar—calm, organized, and two steps ahead of everything. The photographer? Captured every emotion, every laugh, every tear, every tiny, beautiful moment like magic. The food was next-level delicious (people are still talking about it), and the DJ kept the vibe electric all night long.

The entire staff was in perfect sync—the grounds crew had the property looking like a dream, and even the cleaning team worked behind the scenes so discreetly that it felt like everything stayed spotless. It was one of the most seamless, well-orchestrated events we have ever witnessed. Seriously—every single person brought their A-game.

And then there is the setting… wow. The sunset views were jaw-dropping—like something straight out of a movie. The atmosphere was so peaceful and serene, it honestly felt like we were in heaven. Planning one wedding is hard enough—planning three in 17 months? A nightmare. After our second venue burned down just four months before our wedding, we had to start from scratch again. New state, new vendors, new everything. But somehow, we pulled it off, thanks to an incredible team who exceeded every expectation.

Casani Estates was the heart of it all. When Matt and I realized we had to get married in Florida, we were devastated—it was the one place we didn’t want to get married. But after our venue burned down, we visited four new places, and just like when I found my wedding dress, the moment I saw Casani, I knew, I could get married here.

After signing the contract, I returned two months later, looked at Miss Elizabeth, and asked for another tour because I didn’t remember anything! But from that point on, Miss Carmen and Miss Elizabeth took our vision and turned it into the most perfect day. The second you drive through Casani’s gates, you no longer feel like you’re in Florida. It feels like stepping into your own fairytale world.

They answered every question and handled every issue that came up. Booking a venue with an all-inclusive package felt scary, but Miss Carmen and Miss Elizabeth were the perfect team to take control. I’ll never forget Miss Carmen telling me, Don’t look at the timeline—wedding planning timelines don’t apply to you. She somehow pulled off a wedding that should have taken 12 months to plan in less than 12 weeks.

I absolutely cannot put into words how happy we are to have had our dream wedding at our dream venue. From the moment you drive in, the venue will leave you speechless—with stunning lake views from all directions and tall pine trees lining the way. Casani Estates was the perfect backdrop for our intimate fall wedding, with an outdoor ceremony overlooking the lake and a beautiful indoor reception space. I loved working with their trusted vendors, who were able to work within our budget and helped make our day even more special. We had our wedding at Casani Estates on March 9th, 2024 and have nothing but amazing things to say about Carmen and her husband, Mike, and the venue as a whole. Our day wouldn’t have been possible and gone so smoothly without the amazing support we received from the owners and staff. We have never been to an event where the owner of the venue stays for the whole event and helps the event run so smoothly.

Leading up to and planning for the Wedding, Carmen made communicating with her very easy and responded to all our requests in a timely manner. She did everything in her power to make all of our wishes come true, and for things that weren’t going to work out she would find the best possible solution. Carmen never tried to cheat us and always had our best interests at heart.

Not only are the owners very quick with communication, but also very friendly and helpful, and truly made us feel like family at Casani. The property was a beautiful place to have our wedding at, with countless improvements to the venue in how it is today from the day we toured it. The property was well taken care of and the day of the event, the grounds were spotless. We got so many compliments from all of our guests on how beautiful the venue is!

We would recommend Casani to anyone looking for a wedding venue in Central Florida that doesn’t feel like your typical venue you can find in the area. If you are looking for a venue that is not only beautiful, but is run by amazing owners and staff who genuinely care about your experience and do not just want your business and nothing more. Our Wedding was made so much better because of the amazing owners of Casani Estates and we couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else!

With living in Cleveland and planning a wedding in Florida we definitely did it blind we had pictures to go off and talking to Carmen with that being said it was a 10/10 experiance. The venue was BEAUTIFUL and the staff was amazing. With the help of Carmen we also hired an outstanding caterer. I was so nervous going into this blind but when I say EVERYTHING was more then I imagined it was absolutely PERFECT.

When I say Carmen is a saving grace, she is absolutely just that! We found Casani Estates out of what I believe was pure fate. We almost had to cancel our wedding due to being extremely screwed over by another venue and Carmen took a horrible situation and made it an absolutely amazing day! I wanted a venue that was rustic, but also near the Water and Casani Estates provided both of those! The way the reception area is glass windows all around and looks out to the beautiful lake. It’s simply perfect. The property itself is simply gorgeous. The bridal suite is very spacious and very clean, the reception area/bar area is very unique. And the ceremony views were absolutely stunning! The venue staff was nothing short of amazing and we’re extremely attentive day of. I cannot thank Casani Estates enough for such a beautiful memorable important day in our lives!

I don’t even know where to begin because saying they did an amazing job doesn’t come close to capturing how truly incredible this venue and team are. Elizabeth was our venue assistant, and she did so much for us. Our wedding day was the absolute best day of my life, and so much of that is because of this stunning place and the people behind it. From the moment we found them, I knew we had found something special, and they exceeded every single one of our expectations.

The venue itself is perfect, beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and radiates that magical energy you hope for on your wedding day. However, what truly made the experience unforgettable was the organization, the constant support, the care, and the effective communication from the team. Every question answered, every detail handled, they made everything feel effortless for us.

Not only did we have an amazing time, but our guests did too, from beginning to end. The place is just the best you can think of, from the parking to the bride and groom's get-ready areas, the ceremony by the lake, the cocktail hour, and the reception, just amazing. Every time a guest came and spoke with us, they would compliment us on how the place was just breathtaking.

If I ever renew my vows, I already know it will be here. I’ll be telling everyone I know about this place because they truly go above and beyond in every way. Thank you for making my wedding day more perfect than I could have ever imagined. I'm beyond grateful we found you.

Also, I want to say that Carmen and Mike (the venue owners) are literally the type of family people you want to work with. Mike was there the day we toured the place, and he was working on the parking space, which made us think of how well they actually take care of the place. We met Carmen the second time we toured the place with our families, and she gave us that same feeling. Carmen and Mike were both there the day of the wedding, which made us feel more comfortable with the coordination.
We hired an outside company to coordinate the wedding, which met our expectations during the meetings leading up to the wedding. However, on the day of the wedding, we received something totally different and disappointing, which was also noticed by Elizabeth and Carmen. They did not have to step it up to do anything since we hired another company, but they did. They both helped us in every way that day, which makes us think about them every time we think about the wedding. They both did an amazing job, and my husband and I are extremely thankful for all the help and for their care for us. If I could give them a thousand stars, I would because they deserve it for being such an amazing team.
We love you all! May God continue to bless this place and all of you, and may you all continue to do exactly what you're doing - an excellent job of making incredible memories for others! Honestly can't recommend Casani enough. My wife and I booked Casani for our wedding this past weekend and it was pure magic. Everyone in the staff was next level and really came through with planning for this event. I don't think it is possible to have a better venue to have a wedding. The amenities are great and leave so much room for creative decor. Not to mention the stunning views all around the venue, any photo opportunity you can ask for is at casani.

If you are thinking of renting the cabins, DO IT! The grooms cabin pre wedding made it fun and easy to relax but after the event having a place to stay close by was amazing. We had the wedding party stay on site after the wedding and the party kept going. Memories I will always cherish

We had just picked our wedding date (with only a month 1/2 to plan) Carmen immediately got to work and helped us figure out all of the immediate steps to getting married. Carmen and her team where very helpful through very decision and made the whole process so easy.

Literally my favorite place on Earth! I got married here in February of 2023. I book it the spring before (maybe April) so I had about 10 mos of wedding planning. During that time, I had countless conversations about literally everything with the fabulous Carmen and about 3 or 4 visits to the venue not including the initial tour for various parts of planning. From the moment we toured the venue, we knew it was THE ONE. Every single inch of the property is just stunning inside and out. Carmen was beyond sweet, knowledgeable, caring, helpful and fun! She danced at my wedding and I even have pictures of her and her husband in the photo booth. Speaking of her hubby, Mike is super awesome as well! The day of my wedding he checked on me to see if there was anything I needed and to see how I was doing. Every time I visited the venue he was hard at work making things more and more perfect. Any time I needed guidance or talked off a ledge, Carmen had a solution. I had a fantastic wedding planner but Carmen was the real MVP. Fast forward to my wedding weekend.. I got married on a Sunday but I stayed the night before and the night of in one of the super adorable cabins on the property (I wish I was still there). It was just absolutely peaceful and the perfect way to spend my weekend. I woke up my wedding morning and had a great massage in a beautiful setting then had the best day of my life. Everyone at Casani worked really hard and made sure everything was perfect and went off without a hitch. We were taken great care of starting with wine and charcuterie and then sent away with two Casani toasting glasses as a keepsake as well as a million wonderful memories and two new family members. We love Carmen, Mike and
Casani so much that 1. we waited in line to see them at a wedding expo even though we already had them booked, 2. I keep trying to get a job there so I can hang out there with them literally all the time lol and 3. I'm trying to come up with an annual event excuse just so I can go back and do this all over again. If you are thinking of going for a tour or booking an event DO IT (and invite me)!!!! I recently had my wedding here in September and it was the best experience ever!! For starters, Mrs. Carmen the owner was absolutely amazing! She is very professional and personably. Once I booked with her she was literally there through the entire ride with me. She will assist in finding vendors if needed and will help in anyway she possibly can.
The venue is absolutely gorgeous! For a better choice of words it’s BREATHTAKING, and that’s exactly why I canceled my first venue I found a couple of months prior to stumbling upon this gem !!
Every inch of the property is perfect for photos. I highly recommend a company with a drone, to get great shots of the scenery. I loved how the property had cabins available for a little extra (totally worth it) to accommodate the wedding couple and any guest who may need to stay.

Where do I even begin to explain how easy and wonderful the process of having my wedding at Casani Estates was? The owner, Carmen, is an incredible person and made the entire process so seamless and personal. She answered all of our questions, was patient, accommodating, flexible, and so so kind. We were able to use the property for our engagement pictures and stopped by a few times to view the property during the planning phase and was always available when were visited to answer questions. She recommended vendors to us and we used the caterer (Haute Eats Catering) she recommended and they were also wonderful.
The venue, including the bridal suite, was always immaculate and beautiful. My husband and I had to plan our wedding in 3 months as he is heading into the Military. Even though we were on such a time crunch, Carmen in all her grace, made planning so much easier for us by how accommodating she was.
The day of our wedding, our plan A and plan B were unfortunately altered due to a fierce storm. The large Pavilion though was able to fit all of our tables and chairs and extras into the covered space and accommodated for the sudden changes. The venue is so versatile that no matter what the day brings, it can easily be transformed into dream setting.
I wouldn't change a thing and I cannot thank Carmen and all of the venue's caretakers for their help in making our day so special, despite all of the chaos! Casani Estates and Carmen will forever hold a special place in our hearts and we will absolutely be back in the future when we welcome our newest addition into the world in November as we feel like family now <3

Back in August 2023, me and my Wife were searching for a wedding Venue for us to get married during October 2023 (!). We ended up coming across the Wedding Expo at the Orange County Convention Center. When we went, we were stunned by the amount of choices there were. The very first venue we approached was Casani Estates. There we met Carmen and her Husband Mike, when we sat down and spoke about the Venue, Carmen told us that if we come to Casani that there would be no place like it, after going back and forth about the distance we thought about it, but than we said, why not give it a shot? We setup an appointment with Carmen and went the very next day after the Convention.

It was much more impressive than we expected, this is a World Class property that captures your attention upon entering the front gate, all the way to the long Driveway Drive to get to the property itself. The closer you get in this property everything gets better. Carmen and her assistant were very gracious to me, my wife, and my mother when we went to visit. Carmen had a lot of good ideas, and a long list of vendors that we could work with. There we met our wedding planner Morgan through Carmen and she herself was amazing.

When the time finally approached to get married, everything went exactly as planned, and even better than promised. I recommend Casani not only because it’s a World Class property but because the service you get from the owners is second to none, how many Venues can you go to that you can say that the actual Owners have time and interest invested in the product? I would 100% do another event here down the road, what are you waiting for? Book now and enjoy the best day of your life!

A dream come true. The scenery is peaceful, tranquil, simply STUNNING. It’s so beautiful you hardly need much to decorate it, I made all our decorations by hand. The wide open layout, the sky, the sunset, the reflection of it on the water, incredible. That’s just the tip on the iceberg. Carmen was so flexible and helpful throughout our journey of putting together a wedding within six months, she had vendor recommendations that were game changing. Not only that, but she married us herself! She did it in such a tender and magical way. Carmen went above and beyond to make us feel at home! Major TIP: Julia Vivian is the BEST day of coordinator you could imagine, she’s genius. We got married during golden hour, took photos during sunset, and danced during the cool night time after sunset. We cherish and so deeply appreciate every moment. Our wedding day was just dreamy, goofy and comfy, unbelievable. GO SEE THE VENUE! The pictures don’t do justice to Casani Estates. This was the first venue I seen and the minute I stepped on this property it felt like a piece of heaven tucked away. I always wanted a backyard style wedding with a twist of farm and Casani Estates checked off all those boxes and more. The entire day of my wedding I had guest complimenting me on finding this venue. Carmen, the owner, is phenomenal to work with. She was always so enthusiastic to help with any questions I had. The day of the wedding she not only there to help but from the beginning of the day reminded me to breathe. Not one time through out the wedding process was Carmen not there to guide me, answer all my questions and remind me that my day was going to be beautiful!
