Catering, Bar, & DJ services must be chosen from our Approved Vendor List, ensuring quality service and a stress-free experience.

 

All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed & insured bar service.

 

All other vendors must be pre-approved by Casani Estates at least 60 days before the event date

 

Event insurance is required.

 

Cancellation insurance is required for events being held between June 01 - November 30.

 

Prices are subject to change and are dependent on availability at the time of booking.

Events exceeding 180 guests will require the rental of additional restrooms & security services.

 

A professional childcare provider

is required for events with 10 or more children under the age of 10.

 

A professional event planner or coordinator is required for all events.

PAYMENT

A 25% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining 75% of your rental balance will be split into payments of your choosing, with the final payment due 60 days before your event.

SCHEDULING + CANCELLATION

Preview tours are by appointment only. Please reach out to us to schedule your tour.

 

Weddings & events are typically scheduled 12-18 months in advance. Cancellations must be submitted in writing no less than 90 days before your event date.

 

All payments, including retainers, are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
