Do you have a get ready space?
Yes! In fact, we have 2 distinct spaces for couples to get ready: A beautifully decorated get ready suite located in the main residence, and an additional get ready space in one of our on site cabins.
Do you offer "All Inclusive" packages?
Yes! We not only offer all inclusive packages, we can also create the perfect event package tailored to your specific needs. Please visit our 'All - Inclusive Packages' page for more details.
Where is the closest lodging?
Casani Estates offers several cabins on-site, allowing a limited number of guests to stay overnight during your event. Additionally, we are less than 30 minutes away from multiple vacation rentals & hotels.
Do you have a preferred vendor list?
Yes! From wedding planners to florists & caterers, we have worked with some of the best local vendors in the industry and would love to share their information with you!
How do we reserve our wedding date?
A 50% non refundable retainer fee & signed contract is required in order to get your event on the calendar. As a convenience, this retainer fee may be split into 2 payments due thirty days apart upon request. The remainder of your balance is due two months prior to your wedding.
What is the capacity of the venue?
Our venue can accommodate up to 180 guests for an indoor reception and up to 300 guests for an outdoor reception.
What is the cancelation policy?
Wedding and event cancellation is not allowed. However, in the event of extenuating circumstances, we offer the flexibility to reschedule your wedding or event to a later date within one year from the originally scheduled date.
Can we bring our own vendors?
External vendors are not permitted for weddings or events; however, we offer a curated selection of trusted vendors to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.
What is the backup plan for inclement weather?
In the event of inclement weather, ceremonies will take place in our lodge, providing a cozy and intimate setting with a beautifully oversized fireplace as your ceremony backdrop.
How far in advance do we need to book the venue?
We highly recommend securing your venue 18 to 24 months in advance of your wedding or event, allowing ample time for meticulous planning and ensuring the availability of your desired date and space.
What is the policy for pets at the venue?
We welcome furry friends and are proud to be a pet-friendly venue, recognizing the importance of including your beloved pets in your special moments.
What is the policy for children at the venue?
For weddings or events with ten or more children under the age of ten, we kindly request the engagement of a professional event sitter to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
