Additional upgrades are available as add-on options. Prices listed do not include taxes and service fees. A 20% service fee applies to all packages and upgrades.

important   information

Catering, Bar and DJ services must be chosen from our Trusted and Approved Vendor List, ensuring quality service and a stress-free experience.

All alcoholic beverages must be served by a licensed and insured bar service.

All vendors must be approved by Casani Estates.

Event insurance is required. 

Priced are subject to change and are dependent on availability at the time of booking. 

Events exceeding 180 guests will require the rental of additional restrooms and security. 

A professional childcare provider is required for events with 10 or more children under the age of 10. 

A professional event coordinator is required for all events. A professional planner is highly recommended.

PAYMENT

A 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date. As a courtesy, this may be split into two 25% payments. The remaining 50% of your balance is due 60 days before your event.

SCHEDULING + CANCELLATION

Preview tours are by appointment only. Please reach out to us to schedule your tour. 

Weddings and events are typically scheduled 12-18 months in advance. 

Cancellations are non-refundable. However, in the event of an emergency, we will gladly reschedule your event to an available date within one year of the original event date, provided a written request is submitted at least 120 days before your originally scheduled event.

Retainer fees are non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
